9:30 – 10:30 Evaluation of technical progress (max. 15 minutes presentation / each partner)

Topics for discussion:

-          pilot studies (results of field work, workshops,)

-          gap analyses related to WP3 (spreading and evaluation of survey questioner, evaluation of climate change guidelines and legislation )

-          preparation for seminars (translation and adaption of teaching materials)

-          dissemination: past events

10:30 – 11:30  Discussion of upcoming tasks (lead partner: DHI a.s. Zs. Nagy)

-          detailed action plan till Jan. 2015.

-          completion of pilot projects, reporting

-          management needs to improve joint work

 

11:30 – 12:00  Other technical issues

-          Project monitoring by Tempus Foundation

-          Plans for dissemination (local and international events)

-          Quality Assurance issues

 

12:00 – 12:30 Lunch

 

12:30 – 15:00 Financial mamagement (lead: Judit Molnár)

-          review of midterm reports (questions, discussion)

-          instruction for submission of financial report

15:00-15:15 Coffee break

15:15 – 16:00 Project website (lead: Bence Musa)

-          comments to the content

-          demonstration of the user interface (uploading and download documents, events, management of languages)
